First Circular
On behalf of the Organizing Committee you are cordially invited to participate in the International Conference on Hetericyclic Chemistry, December 10-13,2011. We welcome your participation in this conference and request you to complete the registration form and send us back by 31st October, 2011.We will send second circular after receiving duly completed registration form. Photo copy of registration form can also be used. Online registration is also open.

THE VENUE
Conference will be held in Hotel Clark's Amer(5 star),J.L.N. marg ,Jaipur. Jaipur,the capital of Rajasthan state is the most famous and attractive tourist place known as pinkcity of india .Jaipur have number of forts and monuments like Hawa Mahal, Amber Fort, Jal Mahal, Albert Hall Museum etc.It is about 300 km. From Delhi(the capital of india) and 250 km. From Agra(city of Taj Mahal). It is well connected by air,rail,road to major metropolitan cities. The weather is pleasent in the month of December and the temperature normally ranges from 8 to 20 degree celsius.
English is the official language of the Conference.

Guidelines to prepare abstracts
For every presentation whether lecture, oral or poster an abstract (preferably one page) is to be submitted by 31st October- 2011.
So that it may reach to the Conference secretariat by 15th November, 2011. You may send your abstract through e-mail or post also. It should be typed on a A4 size good quality white paper. It should be typed in an area of 16x25 cms. using preferably Laser printing. Title should be typed in all capital letters (bold 14 point) in single space. After title, one space should be left and type author(s) name(s) (in bold 12 point) , underline presenting author. Without leaving any space starting fresh line author(s) affiliation with email address and country should be typed (normal 10 point). References in the text should be denoted by superscript numbers and the list at the end.
Plenary/Invited Lecture
Plenary lecture is scheduled for 40 minutes ,invited lecture for 30 minutes duration and oral presentation for 20 minutes including discussions. Both overhead and slide projectors/LCD power point projectors will be available for using during presentations.
Poster Presentations
Poster can be prepared in any suitable size. It should include title, name(s) of author(s), affiliation with email address followed by abstract and sections on introduction, experimental, result and discussions etc.

International Award
An International award of Rs. 1 lac ($2000) in the name of Shri Rajiv Gandhi will be given to an eminent scientist (attending the Conference) selected by International/National Organizing Committee.Transportation
Delegates will be received from their airports/ railway station to the place of their stay in the Hotel and Guest Houses on 9th December, 2011. Foreign delegates will be given transportation to and fro Delhi Airport to Jaipur by Taxi, with extra charges $ 100. It is a five hours journey from Delhi to Jaipur by Taxi.Visit- to Taj Mahal at Agra
Arrangements are made to visit the Taj Mahal at Agra on 14th December 2011. Bus will start at 5.30 AM to Agra by road from Jaipur. It is five hours journey. Lunch and breakfast will be provided during journey. After visiting Red Fort, Taj Mahal etc. in Agra, Bus will drop the delegates at Delhi in the 14th December 2011 evening by 9.30 PM near International Airport, Delhi (Indra Gandhi International Airport). Charges for this visit is $ 100 per person. Delegates will have to book their seats well in advance.
